Rotterdam's historic old harbour is called Oude Haven. There are a number of fine restaurants located along the busy waterfront. Visitors can enjoy a great view of Europe's first 'skyscraper' from those restaurants. The building, called the 'White House' was designed by architect W. Molenhoek and completed in 1898.
The Oude Haven is located in the Waterfront District of Rotterdam.
